Property management across Salt Lake, Utah, Wasatch and Washington counties
We manage properties in areas where we can be readily available, build strong relationships with tenants, and maintain a deep understanding of the local market—not simply anywhere we can place a listing on a map. Our office is located on Main Street in American Fork, and the majority of the properties we manage are within approximately an hour's drive.
Utah County
Utah County is made up of university towns, a growing tech corridor, and rapidly expanding family communities, and a rental strategy that succeeds in one area may not work in another. We manage properties from Lehi to Santaquin, tailoring our pricing and marketing approach to the people who live in each community.
Salt Lake County
Salt Lake County holds most of Utah's renters and just about every kind of rental — downtown condos, century-old bungalows in the Avenues, postwar suburbs in Sandy and Millcreek, and new construction pushing south toward the Point of the Mountain. We manage across all of it.
Washington County
St. George and the communities around it are the one part of our map that isn't within an hour of the office, and we manage here on purpose rather than by accident — for owners who asked us to take it on. If you have a rental in the St. George area, ask and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit for it.
