Property management across Salt Lake, Utah and Wasatch counties
We manage where we can get to the property, meet the tenant and know the market — not wherever a map lets us take a listing. Our office is on Main Street in American Fork, and most of what we manage is within about an hour of it.
Utah County
Utah County is two university towns, a tech corridor and a string of fast-growing family suburbs, and a rental that works in one of them can sit empty in another. We manage homes from Lehi down to Spanish Fork, and we price and market each one for the renters who actually live there.
Salt Lake County
Salt Lake County holds most of Utah's renters and just about every kind of rental — downtown condos, century-old bungalows in the Avenues, postwar suburbs in Sandy and Millcreek, and new construction pushing south toward the Point of the Mountain. We manage across all of it.
